Quercetin is a water-soluble, bio-pigmented flavonoid compound that has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce diseases of the upper respiratory tract after physical activity. It has antihistamines, anti-inflammatory effects, and can treat chronic prostatitis.
